Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers must record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must:

Capture the complete unboxing process.

Clearly show the product and any defect or damage.

Be continuous and unedited without cuts or modifications.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
